From championship competitive play to ball-handling magic and gravity-defying dunks, the Globetrotters’ unique blend of basketball has left opponents around the world gasping and audiences applauding. There will be new & never-before-seen feats with a basketball, but also the classic Globetrotter routines that have become a part of basketball and American folklore. March 21 – Avon The Secret Garden The Newington Children’s Theatre musical adaptation of this classic novel will entertain children and adults alike! When 10 year old Mary is sent to live at Misselthwaite Manor she discovers a strange, walled garden. She enlists the help of the gardener's apprentice to coax the garden back to life. March 28 – Storrs A Year with Frog and Toad “I’d like to sing a little ode, about my good friend, Toad” croaks one of the title characters in this musical production.
